Our long term tourist guests include grey nomads wanting a base for several months, people waiting on a new home to be finished, those looking to buy locally, and workers on temporary work contracts in the Hervey Bay area.

Our quiet 7-acre park sits among park-like surrounds, with a mix of tourist sites, long term sites, and residents on leases.  We are an over 55 style park.  

Guests tell us they love the relaxed, friendly atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet we are only 700 metres from the beachfront in beautiful Urangan. It’s a 5-minute walk to Aldi, 7 minutes to Woolworths, and the Urangan Bowls Club is right next door.
