Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
A deposit equal to 2 nights accommodation per site is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are refundable (less a $25 administration fee) if cancellation notice is received in writing 21 days or more prior to arrival date.
Deposits are not refunded if cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to arrival date.
Credits for the full deposit amount can be held for 12 months - conditions apply.
Payment in full is due on arrival*.
*For Christmas bookings from 15 December to 10 January, payment in full is due by 1 December. There is no refund for cancellations of Christmas bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
*For bookings more than 28 nights in length (Super Saver Rate), a deposit of two nights is required to secure the booking and a four week payment is required at check in, then site fees are to be paid in advance fortnightly for the forwarding fortnight. At all times the booking must be paid fortnightly in advance or the site will be released for other bookings. Completion of a guest declaration and registration form is also required for bookings of more than 28 nights..
For all bookings once checked in, there is no refund for early departure, including departure for bad weather or personal circumstances.
